A small group can support, audit, and monitor every organization on the platform. Day-to-day product help lives in the other guides; this page stays high level.

Who has platform access

Platform administrators are assigned by your Mihwar team. They see extra entries in the account menu and can open cross-customer tools such as Organizations, All users, Analytics, and System health.

System health

The health view summarizes whether core services are responding normally. Your organization may configure links to external monitoring tools your operations team already uses.
